Under her guidance, MedRP Intl has developed into a global presence in delivering information technology solutions and Medical Staffing Resources within the United States with support from China, Philippines and India.
Ms. Farling has been an innovator in the high tech industry for over 12 years. Prior to founding MedRP Intl, she was a co-founder of Professional Data Exchange, Inc, a technical staffing and solutions firm. Mary played a key part in the company's success and sold her interest in the company in 2000. Either by choice or out of necessity, at one time or another she has had to perform every job duty within these companies and therefore has a great appreciation for each ad every employee's position.

A seasoned Professional with more than twenty years of experience, Dean has specialized in overseeing Global Business Operations at companies that have expanded through mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining MedRP Intl, Dean Farling was working at Professional Data Exchange, Portland for over 7 years.
John Magagnini (Chief Operating Officer)
Johnny M. Magagnini is the Chief Operating Officer of MedRP Intl, Inc which delivers specialized professional consulting, staffing and outsourcing across a diverse range of skills and industry sectors. He joined the firm in spring 2000 as an original founder.
Mr. Magagnini brings considerable industry experience to this role, having successfully led the strategy, business development and performance of multiple staffing operations. Currently, he directs all operational responsibility for branches in six states. In this role, he oversees information technology consulting, strategic planning, new business development and client relations and marketing initiatives, and his area of responsibility consistently ranked in the top for revenue growth, net income growth, and low turnover.
Mr. Magagnini's areas of responsibilities have consistently driven MedRP's phenomenal revenue growth since inception. Prior to joining MedRP, John had several years experience as sales director at a 2.6 Billion Dollar IT Consulting Company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing strategic business accounts and alliances, as well as developing competitive business models based on best practices and quality Implementation cycles.

Jon Ritchie (Director, Sales)
Jon manages and coordinates the sales efforts of TechRP’s highly-qualified and experienced sales professionals. The TechRP sales team is one the finest in the country, and each professional averaging over 20 years of industry experience. The team provides full-service, high-quality IT solutions to a variety of companies throughout the World.
These services provide elite enterprise solutions for TechRP's client base, implementing mission-critical applications in a multitude of disciplines. Jon has over 20 years experience in sales management and comes to TechRP after serving 10 years as Director of Sales for a Fortune 10 Company in the United States.
He is fully engaged in helping to achieve TechRP's vision to meet every client's need in providing high-quality service, rapid response, operational and cost-effective efficiencies.

As Director, Resource Management and US Operations, Jason Pyle oversees recruitment efforts for TechRP internally and TechRP's Worldwide Clients that include many well known Fortune 1000 Companies.
Jason possesses nearly a decade of experience in Information Technology staffing, consulting, and Human Resources. He manages a team of highly dedicated professionals that are focused on implementing the best practices in US and International employment Laws.
Jason is responsible for overseeing the creation of far-reaching employee development, compensation, benefit, and reward programs. Jason joined TechRP in 2000, after creating highly successful human resource and staffing departments where he was employed in top-level employee relations and human resource management roles.

Sven Martinez (Director, US Accounts)
Sven is the leading edge for the MedRP sales team with new business development and establishing client relations and support. Prior to joining MedRP in 2003, Sven was a senior consultant to a Fortune 1000 company, where he led corporate business development and new client systems.
He was involved in exploring joint venture opportunities with companies such as Proctor & Gamble and M&M. He managed a diverse project portfolio, including market analysis studies, product feasibility profiles, and customer satisfaction measurement.
Sven holds a Masters Degree in Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering. A former Naval Officer and Aviator, he is fluent in Spanish and German.
Lea Campbell (Manager, US Recruitment)
Lea has over 7 years of experience recruiting in the healthcare industry. She has worked in various areas of the country building a reputation as one of the top recruiters in the travel nursing industry. She currently managers a team of recruiters and a large number of travel nurses.
Lea knows the industry inside and out and she is adept at matching nurses to open facility positions. Lea gives 110% to her nurses and has a strong following nationwide.

Peter Deane (Vice President, Asia Pacific)
Peter Deane is Vice President of Asia Pacific Region for MedRP Iternational. Peter started MedRP's International business in China, in 2003. Since he has been instrumental in developing MedRP's international presence in China, India, Middle East and now in the Philippines.
Currently based in Manila, Peter is charged with market development in the Philippines as well as managing and providing direction to all of MedRP's international offices. Peter holds a BS from Colgate and a Masters from Boston University.

Brooke Li (Director, MedRP China)
Brooke Li is the General Manager of the MedRP China Operation. Brooke started working for MedRP in 2003. He played an integral part in building MedRP China.
Brooke has 22 years of experience in international business and he possesses a substantial background in the training and recruitment industry. He’s well versed in Healthcare and CGFNS/NCLEX training and application. Brooke graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 1985.

Benjamin Chua (Director, MedRP Philippines)
Benjamin Dacanay Chua is the President of MedRP International Philippine, Incorporated. He is officially authorized to deal with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and other government and private organizations, for the selection, screening and deployment of highly qualified nurses for overseas assignments.
He is a graduate of the University of Luzon in Dagupan City, province of Pangasinan, majoring in Management and Economics and with 15 years experience working with the government and private sector.
